WHY CLIFTONSTRENGTHS?
Most people meet CliftonStrengths at work—through an MBA program, a leadership team, or a Fortune 100 company. I did too. But I found it most powerful when I applied it to motherhood.
In my own postpartum journey, when so much felt unfamiliar, returning to my strengths helped me recognize what was still mine. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I use CliftonStrengths here not as a career test or a prescription, but as shared language for how you naturally move through the world—and how those strengths may need different support in this season.
WHO JOINS
You do not need to be newly postpartum. Our first Circle included mothers with a three-month-old, a six-month-old, a two-year-old while expecting a second child, and children ages two and six.
The women have also brought very different professional identities: corporate managers and leaders, attorneys and government professionals, product builders, learning and development leaders, and published writers. What connects them is not a title or a stage. It is the experience of becoming someone new while still carrying everything that came before.
