Resilience Redefined
Support for moms navigating motherhood, identity, burnout, and becoming.
Momma Chill is for the mothers who look fine on paper, but inside are asking:
Who am I now?
What do I need?
Why does this season feel so much harder than everyone said it would?
We begin with small group circles and 1:1 coaching for moms navigating postpartum, re-entry, burnout, career questions, identity shifts, and the in-between places we don’t always have language for.
This is not about becoming a better mom.
It’s about helping you feel more like yourself again.

How to Begin
Momma Chill is for the woman who can do hard things but doesn’t want to keep doing them the hard way, anymore.
You don’t have to know exactly what kind of support you need. Start with the doorway that feels closest to where you are:
Start with Strengths
Because when everything around you has shifted, it helps to look at what has always been true.
Motherhood can change your body, schedule, identity, ambition, relationships, and capacity.
The CliftonStrengths 34 assessment gives you language for what comes naturally to you, what you may have learned to be good at because you had to, and what makes you feel like yourself again.
Start here if you’re wondering:
What is still deeply me?
What needs to shift around me so I can access it again?
Take the assessment, then book a 45-minute debrief if you want help turning your results into real-life insight.
Join the Circle
Not “bounce back.” Not hustle harder. We make room for the in-between and build from what’s real.
Motherhood in the Middle is a small group for moms who want reflection, language, support, and community in the messy middle of motherhood, identity, ambition, and re-entry.
Come here if you’re asking:
Who am I becoming?
How do I stop doing this alone?
What would it feel like to be witnessed by other women in the same middle?
We’ll gather in a small cohort with guided reflection, strengths-based coaching, and room for the honest parts of this transition.
*All circles include a complimentary 1:1 strength debrief session.
Work 1:1
For when you want a more personal space to sort through what’s shifting.
Private Coaching is for moms who want personalized support around identity, capacity, work, ambition, burnout, and what comes next.
Seek personalized support if you’re asking:
What do I need now?
What am I carrying that no longer fits?
How do I make decisions from who I am becoming, not just who I had to be?
We’ll use reflection, strengths-based coaching, and practical next steps to help you name what’s happening, reconnect with what is still deeply yours, and decide what support or shifts you need next in a private setting.
Why Strengths?
At Momma Chill, strengths are not a personality label or another thing to optimize. They are a starting point for self-trust.
I first started using CliftonStrengths during my MBA, then carried it into my work at Amazon, where I used strengths-based coaching with individuals and teams navigating growth, pressure, leadership, and change. I later became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach because I kept seeing how powerful it can be when people have language for what comes naturally to them.
But I also know that transition is not just professional.
Before Momma Chill, I supported victims of crime through major life upheaval as a Victim Advocate for the District Attorney’s Office. I’ve seen how disorienting it can be when life changes quickly, when your identity is shaken, and when the old way of moving through the world no longer fits.
Motherhood can be one of those transitions too.
Your body, schedule, ambition, relationships, capacity, and sense of self may all shift. Strengths give us one grounded place to begin: what has stayed steady, what still feels deeply yours, what you may have learned to do because you had to, and what helps you feel like yourself again.
That language becomes the foundation for our circles, private coaching, and the work of coming back to yourself.
For the moms who are still functioning, but not fully fine…
For a long time, postpartum support can feel like it’s built for the obvious crisis moments. But what about the moms who are still functioning?
Still Working. Still Parenting. Still doing drop-off, groceries, bedtime, career, family, life… Still smiling through the milestones. Momma Chill was created for the moms who pass the checklist, but privately wonder:
Something is off. Where do I go from here?
This is support for the long tail of becoming someone new. I know this space because I’ve lived it.
Why I Started Momma Chill
…A note from the founder
Hello, I’m Louise Song.
I’m a mom of two, a strategist, a builder, and someone who knows what it means to hustle.
I'm also building a different way.
I didn’t start Momma Chill because I had motherhood figured out. I started it because I lived the gap between looking fine and not being fine. I saw how many moms are missed because they’re still functioning.
Still working. Still parenting. Still performing. Still checking the boxes.
I’ve done the degrees, climbed the ladder, built products, led strategy, and worked inside systems that reward output while often overlooking the human being carrying it all. And somewhere in the middle of motherhood, ambition, burnout, and becoming, I realized so much of the world wasn’t built with women, mothers, or caregivers in mind.
So, I stopped trying to fit in and started building something that does.
Here at Momma Chill, we're redefining what it means to have ambition and drive. It’s where power can move through softness. Where ambition gets to breathe. Where we’re finding a better way and building with the head & the heart.
This is not just my story. It’s the beginning of something bigger. An ecosystem of honesty, healing, coaching, community and sustainable growth for mothers moving through the messy middle.
Together, we can reimagine what the next chapter looks like.
Growing With You
Today, Momma Chill begins with
Momma Chill offers coaching, community, and educational support. At this time, we do not provide therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or crisis support. Future offerings may include referrals, partnerships, and care-adjacent resources with licensed professionals.
Over time
Our vision is to grow into a trusted ecosystem of care partners, including:
Therapists
Nutritionists
Psychiatrists
Coaches
Community leaders
Return-to-work and identity support
Because the question many moms are carrying is not always,
“Am I in crisis?”
Sometimes it’s:
“I know I’m not okay, but I don’t know what kind of help to ask for.”
Momma Chill is being built to become a trusted starting point.
