Come Back to Yourself
Motherhood renegotiates nearly everything: your time, capacity, relationships, work, ambition, and sense of what comes next.
When the old shape of your life no longer fits, it can be easy to assume that you are the problem.
But what if something has simply changed?
Motherhood in the Middle gives you room to name that transition, reconnect with what is still yours, and imagine what might fit now—without homework, performance, or pressure to optimize.
You don’t need to have the answer before you enter the room.
WHO IT’S FOR
A Circle may be right for you if you’re navigating:
• The identity shift of becoming or being a mother
• Postpartum changes that lasted beyond the first six weeks
• Re-entry into work—or questions about what work means now
• Burnout, mental load, or changing capacity
• Ambition that feels different but has not disappeared
• Leadership, caregiving, reinvention, or another meaningful transition
You may know exactly what is changing, or only that something no longer fits. Both are welcome here.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Four weekly 90-minute gatherings on Google Meet
• An intentionally small Circle of two to five women
• Your full CliftonStrengths 34 assessment
• A private 45-minute strengths reflection with Louise
• An invitation to the Momma Chill alumni community
WHY CLIFTON STRENGTHS?
Many women first meet CliftonStrengths through work, leadership development, or graduate business programs. I did too.
Motherhood gave me a different reason to return to it. During my own postpartum journey, I felt disconnected from strengths I knew were deeply mine. CliftonStrengths helped me see that those parts had not disappeared - I had temporarily lost access to them. Sometimes we don’t lose our strengths. We lose access to them. Here, CliftonStrengths is not homework, a personality label, or a prescription. It gives us language to explore:
• What comes naturally to me?
• What energizes me—and what quietly depletes me?
• Which parts of myself feel harder to access right now?
• How might my strengths support what I’m building next?
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I’ll help you connect your results to motherhood, caregiving, work, relationships, and transition.
The goal is not to optimize yourself. It is to come back into relationship with yourself.
-Louise
THE FOUR-WEEK JOURNEY
WEEK ONE · NAME THE TRANSITION
What has changed? What feels difficult to name?
WEEK TWO · REMEMBER YOUR CORE
What remains deeply yours? What do you want to carry forward?
WEEK THREE · NOTICE THE MISMATCH
Where do your expectations, supports, rhythms, or boundaries no longer fit?
WEEK FOUR · DESIGN THE NEXT FIT
What might steadier footing—and one honest next step—look like now?
This is not about producing a perfect plan. It is about hearing yourself more clearly.
WHAT THE SPACE FEELS LIKE
• Confidential and intentionally small
• No fixing or forced advice
• Quiet reflection and open conversation
• No preparation or homework
• No expectation that you hold it all together
Come as you are. All of it is welcome.
DIFFERENT SEASONS. A SHARED MIDDLE.
There is no single stage that defines being “in the middle.” Our first Circle included mothers in the earliest postpartum months, mothers with babies under one, a mother raising a toddler and a school-aged child, and a mother expecting another baby.
Their work spanned corporate leadership, law and city government, learning and development, and published writing.
They didn’t need identical lives to recognize themselves in one another. Their differences expanded what each woman could see.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many women are in each Circle?
1
Each Circle includes two to five women. The group stays intentionally small so that every woman has space to be known and heard.
Circles run with two or more women. If yours hasn't reached two a week before it begins, I'll reach out and you can choose what feels right: move your seat to a future Circle, apply your payment toward 1:1 Private Support, or receive a full refund.
Do I need to be newly postpartum?
2
No. Motherhood in the Middle is not limited to the first weeks or months after birth.
Women may join while newly postpartum, parenting babies or toddlers, raising school-aged children, preparing to welcome another child, returning to work, reconsidering their careers, or moving through another meaningful season of motherhood.
The “middle” is not a particular age or milestone. It is the space between what was and what is still becoming.
No. Momma Chill provides coaching, community, and educational support, at this point in time. We do not provide therapy, medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, or crisis support.
We are actively building a trusted referral network so that mothers can be connected with additional professional care and postpartum support when appropriate.

The current Circle investment is $385. It includes CliftonStrengths 34, a private 45-minute strengths reflection, four weekly 90-minute Circle sessions, and entry into the alumni community.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit option is available once you are invited into a confirmed Circle. The remaining balance must be paid before the assessment is purchased and your private reflection takes place.
Many employers set aside funds for professional growth. If yours does, I'm happy to send a receipt that describes the Circle as strengths-based leadership and transition coaching. Check with your employer about what they cover.
