In this 45-minute 1:1 session, we’ll walk through your results together and explore what they reveal about how you naturally think, connect, lead, decide, adapt, influence, and move through the world.
This is not about turning your report into homework. And it is not about using a quiz to put you in a box.
It is a guided conversation to help you notice what is still deeply yours, what may be overworking, and what support or shifts might help you access your strengths again in this season.
We’ll explore:
What your top strengths look like in real life
What energizes you versus what drains you
What you may have learned to be good at because you had to
Where your strengths may be helping, hiding, or overworking
How to use your strengths in this season of motherhood, work, leadership, caregiving, or transition
This session is a good fit if you:
Recently took CliftonStrengths 34 and want help making sense of it
Are curious about Momma Chill but not ready for a full Circle yet
Want a low-pressure way to experience strengths-based coaching
Are navigating motherhood, burnout, career change, leadership, caregiving, or identity shifts
Want reflection and practical next steps without more optimization noise
A Gentle Starting Point This session can stand on its own. We will use your results as a starting point for reflection. If the conversation opens up a desire for deeper support, we can talk about whether a Momma Chill Circle or 1:1 coaching feels like the right next container. If not, that is completely okay too.
